The booking is considered confirmed after the lessor's written confirmation (e.g. text message/e-mail) and/or receipt of the agreed advance payment. The advance payment is half the price of the product to be rented and will be deducted from the final rental amount (see the cancellation of reservation section).
RENTAL PERIOD
One-day rental is 24 hours. For longer periods, the package prices indicated in the price list apply.
- The rental period begins from the moment the product is handed over and lasts until the lessee has returned the product to the lessor.
- The times of handover and return are agreed separately, if possible the previous evening, if the product is free. The product must be returned to the same location from which it was delivered.
DELIVERY AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The product can be picked up at Palokalliontie 5, 01490 Vantaa.
- If the customer does not return the product at the agreed time, an additional fee of up to one day's rental fee will be charged for each late day.
- The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. At the time of delivery and return of the product, the product must be cleaned and packed in the packaging (if installation/pick-up has not been ordered). An additional fee of 50.- will be added for an uncleaned product. - If desired, we will deliver the product to your desired location for an additional fee (see transport).
- The customer ensures that the installation location of the rental products is free of obstacles and level at the agreed time.
INSTALLATION AND FIXING
All rental products must always be properly secured (stakes/anchors/sandbags/support legs). The customer must not remove the fastenings or use the trampoline castle, tent or hot tub without adequate fastening.
SUPERVISION
The rented products are the responsibility of the renter and the renter must be of legal age.
- There must be constant adult supervision during the use of the trampolines and hot tub. Trampolines and hot tubs must not be left in use without supervision.
SAFE USE OF TRAMPOOS
The trampoline is used barefoot or in socks. Sharp objects, glasses, food/drinks, chewing gum and pets are prohibited on the trampoline.

- Maximum load. The number of children who can be on the trampoline at the same time and the maximum load capacity are indicated in the product description. These restrictions must be followed.
- Weather conditions. The trampoline must not be used during strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms or storm warnings. If necessary, the trampoline must be emptied immediately and disconnected from the mains.- Electrical connection. The customer ensures a suitable 240 V power supply and its safe use (plugs dry, cables away from tripping hazards).
DAMAGES AND LIABILITY
The customer is responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period (including tears, burn marks, stains and missing parts) and undertakes to compensate for the actual costs of repair or replacement. Normal wear and tear will not be compensated.
- The renter is obliged to immediately notify the lessor if the products are damaged or show defects.
- The notification obligation also applies in situations where the product is rented dirty or damaged.
- If the weather conditions become unsuitable for use of the product during the rental period, the lessor must be notified immediately for further instructions.
CANCELLATION

- When renting a trampoline, the weather must always be monitored if the product is used outdoors. In case of strong wind (8 m/s) or heavy rain, the lessor will cancel the reservation. In this case, the lessee has the right to change the reservation date or receive a refund. We will evaluate such situations together with the client and find the best solution for both parties.
- Cancellation of the reservation 14 days before the start of the rental period: the advance payment will be refunded in full.
- Cancellation of the reservation 3–13 days before the start of the rental period: the cancellation fee is half of the rental price.
- Cancellation of the reservation less than 3 days before the start of the rental period: the cancellation fee is the entire rental price.
- Due to sudden illness, we can change the reservation date.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR HOT TUB
The renter is responsible for the hot tub during its use. We ask that the hot tub be used carefully, safely and in accordance with the instructions provided.
- Minors may use the hot tub under adult supervision.
- The renter ensures that the hot tub is placed on a flat and safe surface and that its surroundings are safe to use.
- The hot tub must be heated correctly. Please read the user manual that comes with the rental agreement.
- We ask that you keep the hot tub in good condition during the rental period and return it in the same condition as it was delivered, taking into account normal wear and tear. If the hot tub is returned dirty, a cleaning fee of 50.- will be added.
- The renter is responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period, including damage to the hot tub, stove, trailer, stairs, cover and other equipment, excluding normal wear and tear.
- If a malfunction, damage, accident, theft or other problem occurs, please notify the lessor immediately.
- The hot tub must not be used in a way that may cause injury, fire hazard or property damage. Equipment may also not be changed or removed on one's own initiative.
- If damage occurs due to violation of the usage or safety rules, the renter must compensate for the actual damage.
- The lessor has the right not to hand over the hot tub or to terminate the rental relationship if it becomes apparent that use may become dangerous or the agreed conditions are not being followed.
